Yawa the Adventurer: The Soul Washer Medallion

In this issue thirteen year old Yawa receives a worrying phone call from her dad who has travelled to Ghana on a research trip. Desperate to save him, she flies to Ghana to track him down but he has disappeared into thin air. 

Yawa investigates and soon stumbles on a troubling secret that no one was meant to know. The secret puts both Yawa and her father in grave danger from the people who want the secret kept quiet.

Yawa quickly realizes that it will take all her wit to save them both, and even then.... that might not be enough!
