Our hiring process

Our hiring process involves three simple steps, outlined below.

Please ensure you have your CV ready, as you will be required to upload it when completing the application form. You will also be asked to upload your English Proficiency Test results, so please have them ready.

  • 1. English Proficiency Test

All applicants must complete a short English proficiency test. Most roles at Booksie involve teaching reading, so strong grammar, syntax and written expression are essential.

Take the test in one sitting. Once completed, download your results, as you will need to upload them with your application.

  • 2. Submit your application

Scroll down to the role you are interested in and click the Apply button beneath it. Complete the application form and upload your CV along with your English Proficiency Test results. Please ensure both documents are ready before you begin.

  • 3. Phone interview

Successful applicants will be invited to a brief phone call so we can get to know you better and answer any questions you may have. If all goes well, we will share an offer and next steps.
