Holiday Reading Camp
Booksie’s Easter Holiday Reading Camp is a fun and relaxing celebration of books, storytelling and creativity. The three-week programme has been designed for children who love books or are learning to love them.
Readers will get to brush up on their reading skills, read for pleasure, do creative hands-on projects and make new friends! Our ultimate goal is to develop reading skills, build confidence and inspire creativity.

WHEN
There are 2 camp session and readers can register to start during one session and end in another session. Participation depends on school vacation dates.
- 25 March - 12 April, 2024 and 15 April - 3 May
- Monday to Friday
- 9am - 3pm
**Early drop off from 8:30am and late pick up until 5pm

- Full Camp - 1200GHS
- Weekly Camp - 400GHS
- Daily Camp - 100GHS

- This doesn’t include lunch. Lunch is available for 30ghs/meal or you can bring your own lunch
- There's a 10% sibling discount for families with more than one child
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE EASTER CAMP?

READING LESSONS
Readers are assessed on their first day and grouped based on their reading levels. Beginning readers are taught to read with Jolly Phonics and fluent readers focus on spelling, writing and sharing what they read.

READING FOR PLEASURE
Readers get to cultivate a reading for pleasure habit and will participate in book related activities in a relaxed environment. They’ll learn to read for reading sake

ART AND CRAFT
From fixing jigsaw puzzles to creating paper spiders, microphones and haunted houses out of cardboard, readers have fun working with their hands and stretching their imaginations.
